BE 2012 licensing question

I need a solution

Some questions regarding licensing:

1) In the past we have used "BE 2010 Windows Server" together with the "MS Exchange agent" to backup one physical server. The servers roles were AD-DC, Exchange and Fileserver. We could GRT restore single mailboxes, files or the complete system state but not GRT AD because of the missing AD agent.

With the upgrade to 2012 the "MS Exchange agent" was replaced by the "App & DB agent" and the management console now offers me to GRT restore mailboxes and AD objects too. Am I allowed to use the GRT restore of AD objects along with the GRT restore of mailboxes or do I have to have two seperate "App & DB agents" licenses?

2) I want to restore a mailbox to a PST file. I know that I have to install a "remote agent" on a windows client with MS Outlook. Do I have to buy a remote agent license or is this already covered by the existing BE Win Server or App&DB agent?

3) I'll deploy an additional physical windows server with Hyper-V role. The Hyper-V guest will be a sharepoint server. What licences do I need additionally to the already existing BE Win Server and App&DB license to backup sharepoint? A second "win Sever" license for the new host (and maybe the guest too?) and an App&DB agent? Or just one additonal App&DB agent?

Thanks yor your help!

Daniel
