Cant restore some files from a hyper v grt backup

Hello,

I have a W2k8 R2 Server with a virtual tape library and a tape autoloader library and use BE2012 SP1a. In my hyper V environment all guest vms have installed a RAW Agent, when i performend a backup from a guest computer who have installed RAW, i select the GRT option.

In the first step be2012 backuped the guest vm on a virtual tape in the second BE duplicate the backup on a tape. When i click on the button restore and select the vm, i see only the volume an into this folder the vhd file.

When i take the tape and catalog it on a second Be2012 Server, i can restore any file from the vhd file.

Any idea why i can`t make a grt restore on the first be2012 server?
