Test/edit credentials test fail in Exchange DAG backup, but job works

Test Backup jobs have run sucessfully (except log are not truncating). Why do credentials tests fail in Exchange DAG Backup job? The account will not have rights over all the members of the DAG. I am backing up the passive copy on same site as Backup exec. prior to decomissioning old backup exec 2010 server and exchange DAG member in another site. Could this be why the tests fail? Why does domain iee.mfh fail?
