File server backup is failin with VSS issue in Backup Exec 2012

I need solution,

File server backup jobs are failing with VSS error with Backup exec 2012 media server.

refer below erro :

The selections or backup options for this job changed since the last time this was run. Instance must run the full backup of the backup definition as soon as possible to ensure complete protection.

Backup-10.0.0.244 - Technology Snapshot: initialization error: "\ \ 10.0.0.244 \ I:". Snapshot Technology used: Service Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy (VSS).

V-79-10000-11219 - VSS Snapshot error. It is possible that the volume or the volume generated snapshot is not available or does not exist. Check the settings snapshot technology and rerun the job.
