Backup Running Slow

Hi ,

I have problem with Veritas backup Exec it taking long time & at the end it cancelled time out.

Veritas version 9.1 OS Windows 2003

Backup Size 39 GB. 

After reboot it work fine for one day but then again same issue.

Please help!!!
