Problems with RHEL 6.3 and Oracle Backup BEserver 2012

Hi,

I'am using BackupExec 2012 and Ralus on a RHEL 6.3 Server with an Oracle db running on it. I would like to backup the db and configured everything like it was suggested in the documentation.

Now I'am running into the problem that the BE server can't connect to the beremote agent, though it connected before. The messages log shows the following error:

SYMBDSNAP_SDK[15640]: Failed to open device: /dev/symbdsnapctl, errno: 2.

The filesystem is ext4.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
