BE2010R3 GRT SQL Cluster

I am looking to backup some VMware VMs that have SQL cluster installed and found this note in BE admin guide. So my question is - will I be able to restore individual SQL DBs using the Agent for VMware with GRT enabled?

"Note: Backup Exec supports the granular recovery of individual Exchange and SQL items only in non-clustered and non-distributed configurations."

SQL Server config = W2k3 x64, with SQL 2008R2 x 2 in a Windows Cluster

Backup Server config = W2k8R2, with BE 2010R3

If not what is the wok around? / Anyone had real life experience of this issue?
