organize jobs runtime

Hi,

we're looking for ways to organize the starting times of our backup-jobs in BackupExec 2012.

Is it possible to:

- define a starting time dependant on another jobs end-time?

- limit the number of concurrent jobs started? (maybe number of tape-jobs, number of jobs per library, ??? )
