Backup Exec 2012 Unmanaged Server Paused

My Backup Exec 2012 media server's status is currently "Server Paused" and I need to unpause it somehow.  Toward the top of the Storage tab window, I have a warning that says "The job queue is on hold".  I have no idea how this happened, though it did occur after I attempted to a Disk Storage device, which ended up remaining at "Configuring" for several hours before I disabled and deleted it.  

Please note this is not a managed server, so I cannot unpause it via another server. I have used BEUtility to verify the status is Server Paused but I cannot find any way to unpause it. Any ideas on how I can get the server unpaused so my backups can run again?
