Backup Exec 2012 iSCSI Deduplication Disk offline after power outage

Hello.  Running Backup Exec 2012 on Windows 2003 R2 64-bit server, this is attached to a Quantum NDX8 with an external RDX Drive.  This has been communicating well and working fine until a recent power outage in the city.  Since then, I can attach to the NDX via the iSCSI initiator on the server, but in Backup Exec it is always offline.  The interesting thing is the RDX connects to the NDX via a USB cable and Backup Exec sees that no problem.

How do I get this back online?  This isn't the normal issue with the maintenance window.  All servers and the NDX have been reset since the power outage to ensure a clean state.
