Ran Out of Memory Error - job failed - Backup Exec 10d

Please help. Running Backup Exec 10d on Windows Server 2003. All of a sudden all jobs erroring out with same error message "The job failed with the following error: Ran out of memory." 

Can't find a solution and now my data has not been backed up since before Labor Day unfortunately. Getting concerned. Is there a MS hotfix for this issue? No Windows updates or other changes have occured in the interum that I am aware of...
