How I can duplicate image backup from disk to tape? (this solution for migrate all backup data to tape)

Hi All,

         I will migrate all backup data from disk to tape so I must duplicate all backup data from disk to tape. I'm not sure I can do. How I can do? I need to know how to duplicate in both backup exec 2010 and 2012.
