Backup Exec 2012 & MSL 2048 over NDMP

Hello,

In my Environment we use a new MSL 2048 Library on a NetApp (OnTap Version 8.x) attached via SAS Cable. Our Storage detect the Media Changer and the Drives.

On the Windows Server (Windows Server 2008) running Backup Exec 2012, the Media Changer was not detected via NDMP.

The NDMP Storage (the Netapp Storage) ist successfully configured in Backup Exec.

The ADAMM Log says someting like:  ndmp_inquiry FAILED

We have no idea what we can do now ....

Please assist us.
