The below error message encountered while backing up exchange mailbox database
"The network connection to the Backup Exec Remote Agent has been lost. Check for network errors."
V-79-57344-65298 - The Exchange Store service is not responding. Backup set canceled.

Media Server: windows server 2008 R2 standard

Attempt made:
All exchange servers restarted including media server BUT ISSUE PRESISTS.
