I need a solution

Dear All,

The below error message encountered while backing up exchange mailbox database

"The network connection to the Backup Exec Remote Agent has been lost. Check for network errors."

 
V-79-57344-65298 - The Exchange Store service is not responding. Backup set canceled.
 
Verify- \\INTEGRA-MBXDAG.INTEGRA-INDIA.COM\Microsoft Information Store\MBX05 INTEGRA-MBX01Unexpected end of backup set encountered on IBM 
 
 
Platform : 
 
Media Server: windows server 2008 R2 standard
Exchange server 2010 DAG 
 
Attempt made:
 
All exchange servers restarted including media server BUT ISSUE PRESISTS.
