BE agent upgrade (BE 12 to BE 2012)

Hi,

I want to upgrade BE agent from 12 to 2012.

Do I need to uninstall BE 12 agent ?? Or just push the agent from BE 2012 server ??

Otherwise, is the server need to restart after agent upgraded ??
