Media still in use in Backup Exec 2010 R3

Hi everyone:

I had to cancel a backup job because it was stuck. The problem is that Backup Exec detects that the media is still in use even when there is no backup job using it. I already restarted the console, the services related to backup exec, I verified that there is no backup job running. I have not  been able to solve the issue. 

Does anyone know how to solve this?
