backup exec 2010 service pack 2

I have backup exec small business server suite 2010 with sp1.  When I backup I get an error that backup exec cannot open exchange mailboxes and that the backup failed.  Knowledgebase info says to download sp2 and this will correct the problem.  I have done a live update several times and it says all updates are installed and I cannot find a link on the symantec webpage to a direct download for sp2.  Can someone please post a link to the download???
