BE 2012\Setup Job: Oracle Incremental Backup cumulative or differential?

Dear Experts,

I just need to confirm what type of incremental does Symantec BE 2012 do? When we create backup job, there are two option available FULL and INCREMENTAL.

Is it incremental cumulative or incremental differential?
