Symantec 2012 Email Archiving

Hello.I am using Backup Exec 2012.And i wanna use Mail archiving feature.But when i am configuring archiving store for mailarchive he gives me error.

 "For the Archiving Option, an error occurred while connecting to the enterprise Vault Storage API.Ensure that the Enterprise Vault Storage Service is running."

I changed place to the remote server and local server and shared it.I checked user account permissions and restarted all services again.There is enough space in the disk.
