Create Multiple Jobs for One Server

We are implementing BE2012 moving from 12.5. In our current environment we have seperate jobs for the same server to be able to backup the partitions seperately, concurrently. For example -

Job 1 - Server1 - C Drive

Job 2 - Server1 - D Drive

Job 3 - Server1 - E Drive

This way we can backup the larger file servers using multiple jobs and concurrently.

With the BE2012 it is more server centric and I cannot see how to accomplish this same thing.

Anyone do this?
