I need a solution

Produkt: Symantec Backup Exec 2012 SP4
Issue:
I'm doing a SQL Database Backup (don't care wich version, I tryied it with sql2008 express and sql server 2005), Backup runs with no errors.
(full & incremental backup, everything fine, no errors).
I'm also doing File-Backup of some folders of the same server where i run the sql backup.
When i hit "restore" and then choose SQL Databases, i can't choose a date where i want to restore from.
When i try to restore a file, I can choose all the dates where backup have been completed.
I tryied several things (for example recatalog the missing media-sets), but they still don't appear at my restore selection.
Anyone else got this issue?
