is (physical server) disk image backup possible?

Hello, 

 

I am using Symantec BackupExec 2012 (and very new to it). A customer has acquired this product and they require an image backup of their 190 physical servers' C: and D: disks, to each server's own I: drive. I couldn't find any information about how to back up physical servers disks as image backup. Is this possible? 

 

I did some research but as Symantec's terminology is different than from what I am used to, I have yet to make a breakthrough. So far the best replacement I could find for image backups was syntethic backups.
