License assesment tool question

Hi.

I'm about to buy some agents for BE 2012.

I ran the license assement tool and for some reason it says my secondary domain controller needs 5x agents for windows.

The total amount does not equal the amount of servers either.

The other agents shows the expected amount.

I'm a bit confused to say the least :(

Any input is greatly appreicated!
