Dedup PurDisk Agent error 22

I need a solution

I am trying to tune deduplication performance. When I try to see what the dedup process queue is doing, I get the following error.

 

C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec>crcontrol.exe --processqueueinfo
Error: 22:
BadValue : The system cannot find the file specified.
File     : (Registry)
Section  : Symantec\PureDisk\Agent

Deduplication is still running, but not with great performance. I am not able to find anything on this particular error though. Anyone have suggestions?
