Solution Backup and disaster recovery

Dear all,

I need solution backup and disaster recovery for our Servers

1- domain server windows 2008 r2 ( backup and disaster recovery ) active directory. one server and additional sever 

2- Exchange server 2007 and exchange server 2010.  ( backup and disaster recovery ) One server

3- SQL 2012. ( backup and disaster recovery ) One server

4- Application server For AX 2012 ( work as terminal server for this application ) one server

also i need to take all this backup on the SAN Disk over our netwok.

which application i used to take all this backup and disaster recovery
