Truncate sql 2005 log file and free up hd space

Hi All,

Can somone give me the best option and easy steps to truncate the SQL 2005 log file as it growing crazily and now it consumed 80GB of my HD space while the true databas size should be 2.8GB?. I have done Symantec transaction log slast week and I have my Databse recovery mode on FULL. I am using BE2010.
