How to reinstall Backup Exec 2012 on the same server while saving settings, jobs definitions and current catalog information

I need to reload a Windows Server 2003 (32-bit) server to Windows Server 2008 R2.  It will have the same host name but will be in a different domain.  I am running Backup Exec 2012 14.0 Rev. 1798 32-bit.

Of course, it is for Backup Exec 2010, 12.5, 12.0, 11d (11.0) ...

Does anybody know where a Backup Exec 2012 (14.0) version might be, or if this article is valid.
