Migrating from BE2010 11D to BE2014.1

Hi guys,

as i'm pretty green in those matters,  if anyone can help i'll be gratefull.

I installed BE2014 on new Server 2008 R2 and it is look ok, but what i have to do :

1. We already used BE2010 11d, so i need to migrate(import) all media(LTO3) and backup jobs from this old system. 
2. I don't know if i have to (or is it recommanded) partition tape library and then use partitions for spliting FULL and DIFFERENTIAL jobs ?

So please some advice .... :-)
