backup exec 2014 - incremental backup and restore

i run an incremental backup of the exchange data (grt enabled) to a network nas.  then i do a restore job.  In the restore when i go to the increment backup, i see the same data as the full backup.  Is this because of whats listed below?  Or is it because its together on the same device?

Backup Exec 2012 displays all the data from the full and the diff as a single view (and handles the media for you in the background for the restore) any older versions display what was backed up in that specific job.
