Exchange Database what level should I check

Hi

This is just a question

When backing up exchange, see the screenshot below

You can see Microsoft Information Store is checked but also Program Files\Microsoft\Microsoft Exchange\Mailbox\Mailbox Database 2012070313 is also checked, does this mean my exchange database is being backed up twice? Or what way does it work.. What is the difference, can I uncheck one? Thanks
