SQL Server Backup Error

Dear All

My environment consist of Symantec BackupExec 12 for Windows Servers running on a Windows Server 2008 Standard R2
SQL Server is only use for SAP data not use for Share Point data

When I only running backup sql server 2008
I get this error message:"e0008485 - The item could not be opened while in use" it then gives me a point of reference saying "

For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-33925" which comes up with nothing.

I would appreciate any information and I thank you in advance.
