Backup exec 2012 1 backup : many servers

We are attempting to transition from backup exec 2010 R2 to 2012. One of the issues we're having is that in 2010 we applied 1 backup to many servers in the selection set this hugely simplified many things for us and guaranteed consistency accross the many servers. 

How do I get that same functionality without creating an individual job for every single server?
