Errors with System?State-Files

I have a Hyper-V-Server which is backed on a regularly basis including the virtual machines.

This full-backup works sufficiently.

On other day, I run incremental backups which fail on 1 VM when backing up System?State.

I get  lots of errors of this type :

Verzeichnis \_SharedHardlinkData_
Datei \543d1886.10000.278c wurde nicht gefunden, oder es war kein Zugriff möglich.
V-79-57344-33967 - Das Verzeichnis bzw. die Datei wurde nicht gefunden, oder der Zugriff ist nicht möglich.

What does that mean ?

The machine is a VM running Windows7/Ultimate
