TLS support for Backup Exec 2014

Hi, 

We have been trying to configure our Email notifications to use Office 365. We have setup a inbound connector for our sender IP address as well as the relevant credentials for TLS authentication. I read in an article that 2013 didnt support TLS authentication, can someone shed light on whether or not Backup Exec Server 2014 does?
