Syamantec back up exec 2010 r3

Hello , i m using the Symantec backup exec 2010 r3 for back up my main domain server and installed also the remote agent to my second domain server.The two server are same hardware machines.I m using a NAS device to make the backup.

My question is in case of hardware failure of my PDC i can run the restore proccess to my second DC ? And if yes need to something more than just the restore from backup exec?
